RETURN POLICY

No Refunds. EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

The Territory, Everything Western policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you store credit or exchange.

To complete your exchange/store credit, we require a receipt/proof of purchase.

Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags attached. It is at the discretion of The Territory, Everything Western to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

Note all footwear must be in the original shoe box, and placed inside another box for return. No labels or tape may be attached to the boot/shoe box.

No returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Followed with another email of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and we will supply you with a e-gift card in the amount of the returned item(s)  

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at theterritory@yahoo.com and send your item back to us.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once you send through USPS,  we are not liable for it until it is in our hands.
