Things sometimes don't fit right and that's okay, we try really hard to eliminate the chances of that happening. As of right now, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit. We ask that you please read the product description carefully as we describe in as much detail as possible to how each item fits. If you have any questions due to sizing or about the product we always want you to reach out to us!

Items may be exchanged or receive store credit based on the following:

Items must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags attached. It is at the discretion of The Territory, Everything Western to deny a item if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

Note: All footwear must be in the original shoe box, and placed inside another box for return. No labels or tape may be attached to the original box that holds the boots/shoes.

No returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

The Territory, Everything Western policy lasts 14 days. Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order's tracking number. Should an item return past the 14 day window, we cannot offer you store credit or exchange. You will then be responsible for paying to have it returned to you. 

To complete your exchange/store credit, we require a receipt/proof of purchase.


Store Credit: Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the merchandise with the decision of approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and we will supply you with an e-gift card in the amount of the returned item(s).

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at and promptly send us your item back.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be returned for exchanges or store credit. All sale items are final, no exception.

Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund the original cost of shipping. 

We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to verify delivery. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once you mail it, we are not liable for it until it is in our hands.
